Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end delivery of medical projects, including clinical initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, IT systems implementation, and medical equipment rollouts.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations, including local laws, data privacy, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, regularly updating progress, challenges, and changes.
- Coordinate with clinical staff, administration, vendors, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification, is preferable.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of Clinical workflows, medical technology, or healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
