Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a turnaround strategy focused on restoring profitability and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Drive regional and export market expansion by executing a robust market entry strategy and building strong distribution networks.
  • Own the company’s P&L and take full accountability for commercial performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Define and implement KPIs and performance targets across all commercial and operational departments, linking them to structured incentive programs.
  • Oversee and optimize the full supply chain cycle, including procurement, production, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.
  • Enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to enable fast, data-driven decision-making and strengthen investor confidence.
  • Identify and develop new growth channels, such as e-commerce platforms, digital partnerships, and alternative retail models.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, adhering to local and international laws, industry standards, and corporate governance best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a performance-driven culture and enabling autonomous execution across multiple markets.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and investors, to rebuild brand reputation and market confidence.
  • Maintain active communication with the Board of Directors, providing regular business reviews, performance updates, and strategic proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in FMCG, with significant exposure to both domestic and international/export markets.
  • Proven leadership experience as CEO, General Manager, or senior executive in the FMCG sector, preferably with a successful track record in business turnarounds or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of distribution strategies, route-to-market planning, and sales incentive schemes.
  • Deep expertise in supply chain management, including logistics, planning, inventory control, and transportation.
  • Financially savvy with experience in P&L management, cash flow, and business modeling.
  • Familiarity with modern trade and e-commerce platforms, and a keen interest in innovative sales and marketing approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage change, and drive performance in complex, high-pressure environments.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
