Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and manage budget tracking and cost forecasting.
- Prioritize tasks and prepare detailed release and sprint plans.
- Ensure transparency when communicating and working with stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing engagement and collect feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules using network diagrams and roadmaps.
- Identify risks, create risk registers, and monitor them regularly.
- Continuously implement improvements to enhance product quality and deliver greater value.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable, and estimable project backlog tasks.
- Monitor and control the team’s capacity, including tracking days off, sick leave, and holidays.
- Create, manage, and oversee project communications to keep all parties informed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and an Agile mindset.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to solving problems effectively.
- Willingness to engage in continuous improvement and actively contribute to project success.
- Motivational leadership style that inspires colleagues by example.
- Commitment to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Bonus: Familiarity with SAFe and LeSS frameworks.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
