Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new features and improvements for the platform from concept to launch.
- Translate complex crypto-financial workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Use data, user feedback, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Develop user-centered designs by aligning with business goals and understanding user needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues to enhance usability and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and management teams.
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage data, and usability findings to improve the user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within fintech or trading platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of mobile and web design patterns, along with platform-specific guidelines.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile product development environments.
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, or financial technology is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
- UX certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
