Responsibilities
-
Design HVAC systems in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.

Perform HVAC load calculations using industry-standard software to ensure accurate system sizing.

Develop and prepare mechanical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
-
Interpret architectural and mechanical plans to integrate HVAC systems effectively.
-
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for design projects.
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, consultants) throughout the design process.
-
Review project specifications and participate in design reviews to ensure quality and accuracy.
-
Stay current with HVAC design trends, technologies, and energy efficiency standards.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermal Power (mandatory).

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system design.

Proficient in HVAC load calculation software such as HAP, Trace 700, or equivalent.

Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and 3D modeling.

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret detailed mechanical drawings and plans.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
