Responsibilities
Write and edit clear technical content in both Arabic and English.
Create and maintain documents such as user manuals, product guides, FAQs, online help, training materials, and internal process documents.
Translate existing English documents into Arabic (and vice versa), ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand product features and technical details.
Keep all documentation well-organized, up to date, and easy to access.
Follow company guidelines for tone, formatting, and structure.
Help improve documentation processes and templates.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and clear way.
Basic understanding of technology, software, or digital products.
Familiar with tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion, or similar).
Attention to detail and good organization skills.
