Recruit, train, and lead a team of Account-Based Sales Representatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive performance and surpass client expectations.
Provide regular performance reports covering pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Partner with internal sales operations to enhance sales productivity through data-driven analysis and strategic improvements.
Mentor team members and support their professional growth and career advancement.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully managing high-performing sales teams.
At least 7 years of proven success in sales, ideally within enterprise applications or industries involving long, complex sales cycles.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Prior inside sales experience, particularly in the tech sector, is a plus.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and a focus on performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
