Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Account-Based Sales Representatives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed team sales targets.
  • Inspire and support team members through coaching, product education, and sales training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Technical Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Client Services—to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive performance and surpass client expectations.
  • Provide regular performance reports covering pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Partner with internal sales operations to enhance sales productivity through data-driven analysis and strategic improvements.
  • Mentor team members and support their professional growth and career advancement.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully managing high-performing sales teams.
  • At least 7 years of proven success in sales, ideally within enterprise applications or industries involving long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Prior inside sales experience, particularly in the tech sector, is a plus.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and a focus on performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for team development through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
