Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Promote and sell medical products, devices, and consumables to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging product developments.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement and refine sales strategies.
Manage and grow a designated sales territory by scheduling and attending client meetings.
Provide after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any product-related issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and order processing.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the medical devices industry, preferably in physiotherapy, within the Jordanian market.
Solid understanding of medical products, healthcare terminology, and industry dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
Proficiency in English and experience using IT tools and sales software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
