Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and automotive sectors for waste oil collection services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Engage with potential clients to present the company's waste oil collection services, highlighting the environmental and cost-saving benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Implement outdoor marketing campaigns, including distributing promotional materials, attending industry events, and organizing workshops or seminars to raise awareness of the company’s services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and sales revenue, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the waste management or environmental services sector.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the waste management industry and environmental regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
