Create and execute a territory sales and commercial plan that meets or exceeds sales quotas and supports revenue and profit targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key accounts within the assigned territory.
Conduct frequent market visits to strengthen customer relationships and resolve complaints with actionable, customer-focused solutions.
Lead and manage the Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) team to achieve profitable results through effective on-the-job training, coaching, motivation, and skill development.
Foster a strong team spirit and build a cohesive, high-performing sales team through ongoing leadership and support.
Ensure all territory activities are aligned with commercial objectives and contribute to overall business growth.
Submit timely and accurate reports, including daily visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory performance analyses.
Tailor and deliver sales presentations to meet the specific needs of different customer types and outlet profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date historical records of territory and customer sales data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid driving license.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team motivation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions.
