Responsibilities:
Assist in promoting and expanding company products to new prospects.
Build and manage an active pipeline of potential leads, guided by senior sales team members.
Make outbound calls, schedule meetings, and follow up to understand customer needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to engage customers.
Support deal closures by collaborating with senior sales executives and team leaders.
Record customer interactions, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
Learn the technical onboarding process, including API integrations and hardware setup.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, POS, or technology-related sectors.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Goal-driven, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about technology and sales with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
