Junior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in promoting and expanding company products to new prospects.
  • Build and manage an active pipeline of potential leads, guided by senior sales team members.
  • Make outbound calls, schedule meetings, and follow up to understand customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to engage customers.
  • Support deal closures by collaborating with senior sales executives and team leaders.
  • Record customer interactions, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
  • Learn the technical onboarding process, including API integrations and hardware setup.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, POS, or technology-related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Goal-driven, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about technology and sales with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
