Responsibilities
Generate new business and grow existing accounts to meet revenue targets.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a high closing ratio.
Create strategic plans to engage high-potential clients and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitors to optimize sales strategies.
Mentor and support junior sales executives to enhance their skills and performance.
Work with the sales team leader to improve sales processes, pricing, and product bundling.
Possess thorough knowledge of technical onboarding, software integrations, and hardware setups to deliver consultative sales solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, POS systems, or similar software sales.
Proven success as a top-performing sales professional with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Strong skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior sales team members.
Enthusiastic about technology and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
