Responsibilities
Drive expansion sales of company products to existing and new clients.
Continuously build and manage an active sales pipeline with a strong closing rate.
Reach out to customers via calls, schedule meetings, and stay attentive to their needs.
Engage customers through product demonstrations and presentations.
Report on closed deals, lost opportunities, and suggest improvements to enhance sales outcomes.
Communicate regularly with the Sales Team Leader on process improvements, pricing offers, product bundling, and customer feedback.
Understand the technical onboarding process, including software integrations and hardware setup.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably with POS or similar software products.
Proven track record as a high achiever able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a fast-growing SaaS company.
