Responsibilities:

  • Determine, analyze, and prioritize possible channel partners according to their capabilities to
    promote revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Create and implement strategies for channel partner recruiting, onboarding, and management.
  • Develop and deploy channel marketing programs and sales enablement tools in
    collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, offering regular feedback and
    coaching to improve results.
  • Maintain good relationships with key channel partner stakeholders to ensure their continuous
    commitment and support.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve channel partner issues and provide a consistent customer
    experience.
  • Evaluate and optimize your channel partner portfolio on a regular basis to maximize revenue
    growth and market coverage.
  • Keep up to date on industry changes, the competitive landscape, and new channel prospects.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of expertise in channel sales, partner management, or business development
  • Proven
    track record of successfully creating and maintaining channel partnerships to generate revenue
    growth
  • Outstanding communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-
    paced, dynamic setting
  • Willingness to travel to support channel partner activities as needed.
