Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the company’s products and services aligned with the goals of various daily auctions.
Manage the digital marketing team and assign tasks to ensure optimal results.
Create and develop digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing .
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital advertising campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics , and provide regular reports to management.
Oversee daily promotional campaigns to ensure effective targeting of audiences for each auction.
Develop and implement plans to diversify and renew the products offered in auctions to increase participation and sales.
Strengthen the brand's reach and visibility in the Saudi market and increase brand awareness.
Study the Saudi market and competitors, and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
Manage the company’s digital content and ensure consistency with corporate branding.
Collaborate with other departments to support shared goals and ensure organizational integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, including proven experience in team leadership.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience in the Saudi market and consumer behavior.
Strong ability to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies using Google Ads and other advertising tools.
Proficiency in digital advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics .
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple daily auctions.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
