Responsibilities
- Lead the overall design strategy and vision across digital products, ensuring exceptional user experiences across mobile, web, partner platforms, and internal tools.
- Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, including onboarding, payments, financing, property services, and customer lifecycle experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Strategy, and Operations teams to translate business objectives and customer insights into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Build, maintain, and continuously enhance a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Drive UX/UI excellence by conducting design reviews, maintaining high design standards, and ensuring quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize customer research, analytics, and experimentation to improve user engagement, conversion, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure design solutions align with business objectives while delivering measurable commercial impact.
- Champion best practices in product design, interaction design, accessibility, and usability across the organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Design, including significant experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading design for consumer-facing digital products within fintech, financial services, digital banking, payments, PropTech, marketplaces, or related technology-driven industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex digital products and customer journeys with measurable business impact.
- Expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise design systems across multiple digital products.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion optimization, and growth-focused product design.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing design teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Experience working within high-growth technology companies or startups is highly preferred.
- Experience in embedded finance, BNPL, digital payments, digital wallets, or financial technology products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and other collaborative design platforms.
