Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production schedules and coordinate with production lines to meet output targets.
- Track machine performance, downtime, and raw material/consumable usage, escalating issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on the factory floor.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections in line with company quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics on inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and operational logs.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues or quality deviations.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to schedule and follow up on equipment servicing and repairs.
- Assist the Production Manager in implementing continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in a factory/production environment.
- Familiarity with production processes, quality standards, and HSE regulations relevant to manufacturing.
