Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and QA teams, ensuring high performance and growth.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.
- Define and execute technical roadmaps aligned with business and product goals.
- Oversee backend development using PHP, Laravel, and relational databases.
- Architect scalable platforms and guide decisions on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead the implementation of AI-driven features, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Design and manage system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data synchronization with external platforms (ERP, WMS, logistics, etc.).
- Ensure timely project delivery, manage deployments, and oversee infrastructure, system reliability, and performance.
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel frameworks.
- Proven experience building scalable web platforms and enterprise systems.
- Solid experience with API integrations and distributed system architectures.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Java or Node.js.
- Experience with Python for integrations, automation, or data processing.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or ERP systems.
