Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy aligned with organizational objectives and drive overall financial performance.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for project finance, investment analysis, and decision-making.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements.
- Support project financing activities including debt structuring, financial closing, and lender compliance.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit processes.
- Lead ERP implementation and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor cash flow and budget performance to ensure financial efficiency and stability.
- Maintain effective relationships with banks, lenders, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 15–20 years of experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure/project finance.
- Strong experience in project finance, including financial modeling and financial close processes.
- Expertise in treasury management and banking instruments (LCs, bank guarantees).
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, VBA/macros required).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
