Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to distributors and end customers across the MENA region within the industrial automation sector.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions based on their operational needs.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including preparing technical proposals and product selection.
- Participate in customer meetings to present automation solutions and provide technical expertise.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and follow up on ongoing opportunities.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, application optimization, and resolving technical issues related to automation systems.
- Support installation and commissioning activities for automation products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience; exposure to the industrial automation field is an advantage.
- Basic to good knowledge of pneumatic and electric automation technologies with a strong willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with engineering or automation software tools is considered an advantage.
