Responsibilities
- Lead automation and design teams across all project execution phases.
- Develop and manage project work plans and timelines.
- Assign tasks and supervise team performance to ensure efficient delivery.
- Review and approve technical drawings and project submittals before manufacturing.
- Provide technical guidance to team members, including support in coding and programming.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle and address any issues.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Control project costs and follow up on invoicing processes.
- Support estimation activities by recommending suitable technical solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management within the role scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automation or control systems.
- Strong knowledge of control systems and project execution processes.
- Good understanding of IT systems and networking.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and writing.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
