Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding for factory staff.
  • Supervise attendance, shift rosters, leave management, and overtime tracking in coordination with production supervisors.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, contracts, and HR records in compliance with policy and audit requirements.
  • Handle first-level employee grievances and escalate complex cases to the HR Manager.
  • Support the rollout of training programs, safety inductions, and toolbox talks for new and existing workers.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism) for the HR Manager.
  • Monitor compliance with disciplinary procedures and support investigations when required.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Payroll on attendance data feeding into monthly payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Working knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes.
