Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, delivery, and scaling of enterprise AI initiatives across multiple business units and regional operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize strategic AI opportunities that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business value.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions, overseeing the full project lifecycle from ideation and proof of concept (PoC) to deployment and adoption.
- Drive AI transformation initiatives by promoting best practices, innovation programs, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of AI-powered solutions using Microsoft AI technologies and other enterprise platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities with existing business systems, applications, and digital workflows.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with corporate standards.
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, security controls, data privacy requirements, and compliance standards across all AI initiatives.
- Monitor AI platform performance, solution adoption, operational costs, and business outcomes, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, data, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainable AI operations.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of AI programs within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and recommending opportunities for business advancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in AI, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise AI solutions within large-scale or multinational organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, automation frameworks, and enterprise AI architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional programming language such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, external vendors, and cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, risk management, and enterprise compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working within multinational corporations, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is considered an advantage.
