Responsibilities
- Consistently follow up on project performance, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise all technical aspects of construction projects, including the execution of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet specifications, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and installations to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, review technical documentation, and proactively address potential technical risks.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements and specifications are clearly understood and met.
- Prepare regular progress reports and perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering (or equivalent), with 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
- Strong expertise in project management principles, related software/tools, Quality Assurance/Control, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Proven ability to guide project teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
- Effective in coordinating with clients and stakeholders, while promoting teamwork and cooperation across all project phases.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to compliance and risk mitigation.
