Responsibilities

  • Prepare project procurement and tender documents (RFI, RFP, and RFQ) based on approved business and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate technical proposals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to select appropriate solutions.
  • Initiate projects through Project Charters and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, scope, resources, budgets, communication plans, and deliverables.
  • Execute and monitor projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues impacting project progress.
  • Track project performance and prepare status reports, highlighting risks, variances, and corrective actions.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and maintain communication with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Coordinate SIT and UAT activities and ensure readiness before project deployment.
  • Monitor project KPIs, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
  • Manage project closure, handover activities, training coordination, and final sign-off processes.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in committees and implement approved recommendations and decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification is preferred.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, budget control, and project governance.
  • Understanding of banking systems, technology solutions, and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and resource management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
