Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall finance and accounting functions and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production, operational, logistics, and overhead costs to improve profitability.
  • Oversee cost accounting, including product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation.
  • Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, slow-moving inventory, and inventory-related costs.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end closing.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide management with recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Support management in evaluating CAPEX, investments, equipment purchases, and expansion projects.
  • Develop financial models and business cases for new projects and operational initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve cost efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, CPA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong experience in the industrial, manufacturing, production, engineering, or logistics sector.
  • Solid knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
