Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
  • Ensure and update the asset register for equipment. Integrate new equipment, pursue necessary risk assessments, and provide input for the preparation of related documentation in order to fully comply with legislation and internal procedures.
  • Ensure maintenance planning and scheduling in order to maximize the availability of the equipment.
  • Develop and/or improve proactive and cost-effective maintenance strategy based on suitable techniques and procedures.
  • Work out and budget annual maintenance and spare parts in conjunction with maintenance supervisors and production manager and ensure proper and timely implementation of these plans.
  • Communicate in a timely manner on loss elimination priorities, plans, and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Cooperate with the Line Lead for implementation of the Standard work process defined in Pillars (PM, Breakdown elimination, etc)

 

 

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in production, maintenance, or engineering roles within a structured company.
  • Asset management and proficient in using the Office suite.
  • Fluent in English.
