Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
- Identify potential opportunities and follow up.
- Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
- Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
- Perform outbound calls to prospective users/registrants/leads.
- Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe the company’s services with the goal to convert leads into live trading accounts.
- Consistent follow-up with clients via phone calls, emails, and other channels through the full client activation process.
- Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, onboarding, funding procedures, and more Participate in the company’s sales activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Stay informed about the financial markets, look for new opportunities, understand client’s needs, and establish credibility with clients.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
