- Ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures, and reservations.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously enhance the overall guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff members, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as required.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage services, and other departments.
- Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, including revenue forecasts, expense control, and profit objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to promptly address any maintenance or repair issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
