Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all pharmaceutical manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
- Manage production planning and execution to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.
- Oversee maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS functions within the plant.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop plant teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Manage plant budgets, cost control, and capital expenditure projects.
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience in a plant management or senior manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
