Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content aligned with the company’s brand identity.
- Design social media posts, campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, and other visual assets.
- Develop fresh and creative ideas for visual content and campaigns.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes based on platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials and brand communications.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on current design trends and creative best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong creativity and a good eye for composition, typography, color, and layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Genuine enthusiasm for design, creativity, and continuous learning.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
