Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with carriers and negotiate freight rates.
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues.
- Assist shippers with pricing and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Support senior brokers in expanding client and carrier networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
