Responsibilities
- Analyze production costs and prepare cost estimates for new products.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard
costs to actual production costs. - Work closely with finance team to ensure accurate recording of costs and expenses.
- Maintain documentation of cost accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in cost accounting field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) can be advantageous.
