Responsibilities

Support headcount planning, position management, and workforce establishment control.

Assist with organizational design initiatives and organizational structure maintenance.

Support workforce planning activities to align staffing needs with business objectives.

Maintain HR data integrity and support effective utilization of HR systems and ERP platforms.

Support workforce reassignment, resource allocation, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Conduct workforce analytics, reporting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Develop reports and insights to identify workforce trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

Support workforce optimization and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, organizational development, or related HR functions.
-
Strong experience in workforce analytics, organizational design, and HR reporting.
-
Advanced analytics and data analysis skills are preferred.
-
Experience with position management systems and HRIS/ERP platforms is preferred.
-
Experience working in unionized or highly regulated environments is preferred.
