Digital Workspace Presales Engineer

- Support sales teams with technical discovery, solution design, and product demos.
- Design end-to-end Digital Workspace / EUC architectures (VDI, Identity, Security, DEX).
- Lead customer workshops, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and technical presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT, security, and digital transformation leaders.
- Support RFPs, proposals, and partner engagements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or EUC/Modern Workplace roles.
- Strong experience with AVD / Windows 365 / Citrix, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and endpoint security.
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust, cloud technologies, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
- Experience with Saudi enterprise or government customers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
