Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and office operations.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive correspondence while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on projects, action items, and strategic initiatives to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Organize executive meetings, corporate events, and business visits while handling all related logistics and administrative arrangements.
• Maintain organized records, confidential documents, and filing systems related to executive office activities and company operations.
• Support effective communication between executive leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive administration, office management, or executive support roles.
• Previous experience supporting C-suite executives, executive committees, or board-level stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and professional mindset.
