Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all production activities in the aluminium fabrication factory.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production targets.
- Develop and enhance production skills and processes to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and execute production plans within the targeted timelines.
- Organize meetings with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Foremen to review project and production progress.
- Monitor operational performance and address any production discrepancies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between production and other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Aluminium Fabrication industry, including experience as a Production Manager.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in managing factory operations and production teams.
- Knowledge of production planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to production details.
