Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee AI projects from assessment to delivery, ensuring technical feasibility, alignment with client goals, and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and requirements, manage resources and timelines, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Act as a trusted consultant, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting partnerships with key regional and global stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in AI or data science leadership roles (CTO, Senior Engineer, etc.).
- Strong technical background in AI, including machine learning, data science workflows, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, GitHub, and Docker, with experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Skilled in NLP, deep learning, and generative AI (GPT, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
