Banking and Financial Risk Manager

- Work on financing structures syndications and sale and lease back, ECA financing, and preparing needed documentation.
- Carry out financial risk management activities through setting hedging policies and execution of hedging transactions.
- Forecast the cash situation of the company, and identify funding gaps and financing requirements.
- Manage banking transactions and act as a focal point with the banking community.
- Follow up on all documentation and authorized signatories in Jordan and outstations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with various hedging instruments and their application in managing interest rate, currency, and credit risks.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
