Responsibilities:
- Proper management of Project Pipeline till the award stage.
- CRM through continuous visits and updating Customer dataBase.
- Daily navigation for New CAC opportunities.
- Achieve Yearly Sales target.
- Identify and direct approach to big Corporate Accounts.
- Understand customer needs and propose products and solutions accordingly.
- Make Air Conditioning System design through the company's Software.
- Monitor and follow up installation process & commissioning in ongoing projects.
- Develop account plans and identify internal/external resources required to accomplish goals.
- Manage & Monitor Air Conditioning stocks owned accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or Refrigeration Engineering or any related field.
- 3 - 7 years experience in sales for VRF, HVAC, and mechanical products.
- Knowledge of the CAC Business sales and market trends.
- Good Technical understanding of CAC Systems (VRF).
- B2B project experience.
- Strong Customer orientation, strong communication, and presentation skills.
- Good learner and continuous self Capabilities enhancement.
- Self-starter, innovative, and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
