Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns (social media ads, search ads) within the allocated budget.
- Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across the company's social media channels.
- Build and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters to clients and prospects.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics (reach, leads, conversions, ROI).
- Coordinate with the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to source assets for campaigns.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend new channels or tactics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with paid social/search campaign experience.
