Responsibilities

  • Communicate and apply human resources policies and procedures, and give suggestions to develop and improve them in a way that serves the company's strategies and human resources development, and ensure their compatibility with legal requirements and instructions issued by the Ministry of Labor.
  • Coordinate with the various departments to determine their human resources needs, and supervise the proper application of all recruitment and employment processes and procedures to ensure the selection and availability of qualified talents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and plan training and development needs for human resources and implement training programs that help build and develop the skills and capabilities of human resources.
  • Conduct the required market studies and surveys to ensure the competitiveness of the incentives, rewards, and privileges offered by the company to its human resource, and submit development proposals in this regard.
  • Ensure the effective application of policies and instructions for working hours, vacations and departures, and set appropriate instructions and procedures to ensure the optimal investment in working hours and productivity.
  • Oversee the accuracy of calculating and implementing salaries and monthly payments.
  • Design and implement a human resources reporting system and provide the general manager and managers with the most important performance indicators of human resources and provide them with the necessary analysis with development suggestions.
  • Design programs to help develop professional and social relationships among all company employees.
  • Provide the required administrative support to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the company's headquarters and offices, and provide the necessary office supplies to facilitate the work of the various departments and sections.
  • Oversee the security and safety of employees and the company's property, developing appropriate emergency plans and how to deal with them in the event of their occurrence, and ensuring the availability of security and monitoring means.
  • Manage the human resources and management team and ensure the availability of the work tools necessary for them to perform their job duties and provide the expected services to the various departments and employees of the company.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the food or distribution sector.
  • Advanced capabilities in human resources management strategies.
  • Advanced skills in communication, team management, motivation, leadership, influence, problem-solving, and decision making.
