Responsibilities
- Provide demonstrations on software systems/products/portals to potential clients.
- Assist clients in setting up software at their location.
- Help clients effectively use specialized software systems/products.
- Educate end-users on the benefits of the products and ensure full utilization of all available features.
- Meet with new clients and assist them in assembling and integrating the software.
- Ensure timely, quality solutions to queries, bug fixes, and change requests raised by customers.
- Communicate client requirements to analysts and developers.
- Enhance the implementation methodology and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Act as a brand representative and assist the sales team in upselling and cross-selling products.
- Demonstrate the functionality and usage of products to new clients.
- Collaborate with the product manager and development team during the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering or related subjects, preferably Computer science or I.T
- Certification Requirement : OCA
- 10–14 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with the healthcare domain and Oracle ecosystem.
- Leadership abilities and team management expertise.
- Knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g/12c database.
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports.
- Desired Knowledge Areas: Jira, Toad, SQL Developer, M.S. Office, J2EE, JSF.
