Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage maintenance operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
