Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly visits to provider homes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide coaching and corrective actions as needed.
- Document visits and communication promptly, following EFQ guidelines.
- Stay updated on state regulations and communicate any changes to providers.
- Connect parents/caregivers to resources and make referrals as needed.
- Maintain and update a Community Partner Resource Guide.
- Support coordination of workshops, events, and Network activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition.
- Training in nutrition, health, and safety.
- Preferred experience in family child care or with infants and toddlers.
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to travel within the catchment area.
- Understanding and appreciation of diverse provider and family needs.
