Responsibilities
- Read and understand contract specifications and contract drawings.
- Review, check, and follow up on the approval of drawings, calculations, submittals, and material samples as specified in the project.
- Project Planning involves creating project plans, defining project scope, setting project timelines, and allocating resources effectively.
- Spearheading the planning, coordination, and execution of the facade project from inception to completion.
- Coordinate the efforts of various teams involved in the project, such as engineering, procurement, factory contractors, and subcontractors.
- Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensuring that the project meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. This involves conducting inspections, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Keeping the project on schedule for timely completion. develop project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Documentation and Reporting: create accurate records of project activities, expenses, and milestones. generate progress reports, documentation.
- Organize meetings, create an agenda, and take minutes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering
- Minimum of +5 years of experience in the Aluminum projects Field, preferably in CGC
- Leadership Skill, problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
