Responsibilities
- Work closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather technical input and ensure the accuracy of proposal content.
- Conduct research to tailor proposals to client needs and tender specifications.
- Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills to craft customized proposals.
- Effective collaboration with technical teams to gather input for proposals when needed.
- Review tender documents and identify requirements, ensuring compliance in the proposal submission.
- Organize and manage proposal content for future reference and ensure consistent documentation practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software engineering or any related field.
- Additional certification in technical writing, proposal writing, project management is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preparing technical and financial proposals, especially for tenders related to software and web development.
- Strong understanding of technical terms related to software and web development.
- Familiarity with product management practices.
- Ability to create detailed financial proposals, including cost breakdowns, resource allocation, and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with tendering processes.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
