Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation.
- Prepare project schedules, technical clarifications, and supporting documents.
- Analyze project risks and opportunities during the tender stage.
- Maintain records of submitted bids and tender documentation.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted within deadlines and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal preparation, tendering, or estimation.
- Knowledge of construction methods and project execution processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
