Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional technical audit team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintained per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with external certification bodies to maintain ISO certification.
- Plan, execute, and facilitate internal and external technical audits, ensuring corrective actions are applied.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Review audit findings for accuracy and relevance, promoting QMS awareness across the organization.
- Maintain controlled and up-to-date QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
- Provide regular updates and clear audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the QMS, addressing risks, opportunities, and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
- Over 15 years of leadership experience in facilities management for commercial, residential, or hotel properties with strong technical audit expertise.
- Deep knowledge of quality management, facilities management, and audit principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities.
- High integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
