Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance and upgrade projects on power substations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems within substations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with industry contacts, attending trade shows, and leveraging existing client relationships to generate leads.
- Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and manage budgets for service operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Ensured compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of [8-10] years of experience in electrical service management, specifically in power substations.
- Professional registration by the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development within the electrical services industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using project management software and electrical design tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
